More and more sports enthusiasts are taking part in HYROX, marathons, trail running events, and even high-intensity competitions such as triathlons and the Hong Kong Four Trails Ultra Challenge, constantly pushing their limits and striving to surpass themselves.

In response to this growing trend, we have specially designed a pre-race health assessment programme for athletes. The programme helps participants gain a comprehensive understanding of their physical and psychological condition before competition, evaluate their fitness and potential exercise-related risks, and ensure they are in the best possible shape to take on their next challenge.
